[Kitakyushu Trip] Udon restaurant where you can have brunch

When I went on a trip to Kitakyushu, I stayed at a hotel near Kokura Station. After checking in, I was feeling hungry, but it was 3pm, so it was a bit of an awkward time. So I asked the front desk, and they told me there was an udon restaurant that was open until 5pm, so I decided to go! A small udon restaurant in Uomachi Gintengai. It's apparently a popular restaurant There are often lines at lunchtime. ────────────── 🥢Mini conger eel tempura bowl + mini udon set... 1,200 yen ────────────── I wanted to eat both a bowl and udon, but I thought both might be too much... The perfect mini-mini set was here❣️ The conger eel tempura was thick, large, and fluffy♡ The sauce was not the usual sweet one, but a Tokyo/Asakusa-style spicy one with a strong soy sauce flavor The udon noodles were smooth and chewy, with thin, chewy noodles and a gentle broth that you'll want to drink down🤤 I could choose from three types: "Komachi", "ginger", and "plum and shiso".
