This is a traditional Japanese confectionery shop in Ishikawa Prefecture that was founded in 1835. You can experience making high-quality confectionery here😍 (This time, chrysanthemum flowers!) First, the craftsman shows us how to make them. It only takes a few seconds, so I thought, "I can do it myself," but it's not that easy. It's difficult to carve the petals neatly, and at first it came out very clumsy. But don't worry. You can try three times, so in the end, I managed to make something that looked like a flower😂 (It's also fun because the craftsman praises you a lot) Everyone was so serious about making the sweets, and then they were delicious!
