In hot weather, have a coconut!

Although Malaysia is a tropical country without distinct four seasons, the daytime temperature rises by two to three degrees Celsius from April to May every year as the northern hemisphere enters summer. It was around 5pm when we finished the hike. After an entire afternoon of exposure to the sun, our bodies were drenched in sweat and a lot of water had been lost. In order to reduce the possibility of heat stroke or dehydration, some people choose to replenish boiled water or electrolyte drinks; however, in Malaysia or in most tropical countries, locals choose to drink coconut water as the best drink to cool down or replenish water. I passed by this snack bar before heading to the train station and saw some fresh coconuts in front of the store, so I immediately sat down and ordered one! Watching the clerk peel the coconut with great effort, and then in just a few minutes, the freshly peeled coconut was delivered to you. It was truly a perfect journey!
