Having it's restaurant name to be known as Raw Kitchen Hall, and yet produces food menus and taste of food rich of flavor and satisfaction - focusing onto fusion menus with local asian favorite food, but mixing it with extra sauce and spice, and to present it in a very westernized formalish dish that is very appealing to the eyes of the guests.
