The lao syu fen (rice flour noodles) was served in a clay pot and was piping hot. The noodles were chewy and the rich sauce was well mixed in, making it delicious. By the way, the name comes from the fact that both ends of the noodles are thin like a mouse's tail! The minced meat with garlic on top is an accent, and the overall flavor balance is very good. The egg also solidifies as you eat it, and it's delicious when you mix it with the noodles👍 The iced limau is just the right amount of sweet, making it the perfect drink for a hot day!
