Best Laksa in Kuching - Choon Hui Cafe

#celebratewithtrip Anthony Bourdain's favourite kopitiam. The legendary Sarawak Laksa never disappointed me as it’s taste delicious. I tried it before in other places but this one is definitely the best and have its own unique flavour. The laksa broth was done perfectly, not too thick or watery. We also had Popiah which was really good with peanuts inside for that extra crunch. Place gets very crowdy in the morning so you have to wait for a table. #couplestrip #kuching
