The promising future of Yanjiazhuang Village

Kunming's Guandu District, Dabanqiao Sub-district, Huajing Community's Yanjiazhuang Village was fortunate to be preserved during the expansion of Kunming Changshui Airport, which is truly a stroke of luck! Thanks to the preservation of a large number of old courtyards and its unique geographical advantages, visionary and bold individuals have leased these old courtyards. They have invested in renovations, and as a result, well-known specialty stores such as Qingtang, Zhiqing Cultural Restaurant, Moxizi Yin, Yanqi Mountain Residence, Bujianji Hua, Ximeng Awa Boutique Homestay, Yunnan Qingxintang Calligraphy and Painting Garden, and Wodan Mountain Language Restaurant have emerged. Under the Kunming Airport Expansion and Relocation Command, the village was included, and many residential houses were requisitioned by the airport construction unit, making the village very lively. Although the construction of the airport has made the roads into and out of the village somewhat impassable, it does not deter foodies and tourists who are still eager to witness the charm of the village! As the airport expansion progresses, many surrounding villages have disappeared, but Yanjiazhuang has been lucky to survive. Those old courtyards that have been preserved will present themselves in their original style to the public and will welcome an even more brilliant and splendid tomorrow with the airport's operation. Note: Due to the airport expansion, there are many trucks carrying earthwork, and the road conditions are not very good, so be careful! There is no public transportation to Yanjiazhuang Village. For friends without their own car, just take a taxi from the Kunming Airport Central Station.
