The butler service is provided by the front desk staff on duty, but the response speed is very fast! The lady in the Chinese restaurant is very gentle. I was worried about what the baby would eat, and she immediately asked the back kitchen to make egg custard. The villa room type is cleaned very promptly. Cons: The hotel has no environment, basically all villa room types are mainly in their own rooms. The hotel room stairs are indeed quite long, a little scary. Neutral: There are no recreational facilities, which is not a disadvantage, but if there are, it will feel richer. The hotel itself has no activities, that is, if you want to stay in the hotel, it will be very monotonous. 👍🏻Conclusion: Choose carefully! There are better options! Needs improvement! The Sheraton and Delta in the same building, except for the slight difference in room size and lobby (Sheraton is relatively larger but the gap is not big), all other facilities are shared, including restaurants and gyms. I chose Sheraton because I thought the hardware of the new hotel should be better. However, when the geographical location is not advantageous, the hardware is insufficient and the service is poor. You can consider other brand hotels. ↗️Location: You can go to Guandu Ancient Town and Yunnan Provincial Museum nearby, and it is also close to Dounan Flower Market. It takes half an hour to drive from the airport (80 yuan by taxi), which is more suitable for transit, stopover, people who don't want to enter the city, or business people. ↗️Check-in: I know that the points exchange room has limited benefits, but there are many vacant rooms, and there are three people staying, so it can be more flexible in terms of room type and even breakfast. ↗️Room: The area is not large, less than 40 square meters. Although it is a new hotel, the decoration lacks novelty, the supplies are not fully equipped, there is no mouthwash, and the placement is messy, giving people a sense of oldness. The order list at the bar also has the handwriting left by the previous guests (not replaced with a new one), which is a poor experience. If there are friends who give up a few hotels in the city and choose here because the hotel is new, think again! ↗️Breakfast: The restaurant is very spacious, the dishes are rich but the taste is average. After inquiring, I learned that the restaurant is shared with the Delta next door. In this way, Delta is also an option.
