There is no need to go to too many places when traveling to Kunming in winter! It’s enough to choose one or two attractions worth visiting! 🌈 Kunming Old Street is a must-visit. Half of Kunming’s history can be found there. You can find all Yunnan snacks, flowers and birds, cultural relics, and celebrity photo-taking spots there. This place alone is enough for a whole day! 🌈 Another must-visit place for traveling to Kunming in winter is Dianchi Lake. The Dianchi Resort Scenic Area includes Haigeng Dam, Yongchang Wetland Park, Haigeng Park including the Hydrangea Base, the Ethnic Village, Xishan Forest Park including the Xishan Cableway Longmen Grottoes, and the cherry blossoms on Hongta West Road. It is enough to spend 1-2 days here. Just visit these two places in Kunming! 🌈 If you have enough time and have one or two days, you can go to the Dounan Flower Market, Guandu Ancient Town and the Museum for half a day. 🏡 For accommodation, I recommend the Dream View Mong Kok Hotel near Dianchi Lake.
