Nice and relaxing western restaurant

The building opposite Kwai Chung Plaza has been renovated and rebuilt into a new residential building with three floors of restaurants in recent years, so there are many more restaurants. Among them, this western restaurant on the second floor has a good environment. I saw the pictures online, so I went to try it with my wife 😃 Location (8/10): It is about a 10-minute walk from Exit D of Kwai Fong MTR Station via Kwai Chung Plaza. Next to it is Hing Fong Road, where there are many bus and minibus routes to and from the New Territories and Kowloon. It is also connected to Kwai Chung Plaza and Metro Plaza, so transportation and shopping are also convenient 🎶 Environment (9/10): The restaurant is spacious, with a western-style steakhouse design, mood lighting, soft music, and mostly booths and sofas. The air conditioner is at a moderate temperature, and the overall environment is very comfortable. Service (8/10): The manager and waiter will take the initiative to help with the order, the serving speed is normal, and they also help to add water and clean up from time to time. There is hand sanitizer at the entrance of the restaurant, and there is also a toilet. The service is good💕 Food (8/10): Mainly featuring a variety of Western-style meals, some of the dishes are creative, the presentation is beautiful, even the soup has latte art, the overall quality of the food is good, and the taste is pretty good 🎉 🛒Set dinner for 2 (Dinner set for 2) - $398 There is a big menu in front of the door, showing a very affordable dinner set for two. I decided to give it a try and chose the following food: 👍Italian Porcini Cream Soup Meal Pack x 2 (A la carte set meal + $20 for soup, meal package and food, and + $10 for Italian porcini cream soup) I was attracted by the latte art on the soup at first sight. It has been a long time since I have seen latte art other than coffee. The soup has a strong aroma of porcini sauce, the cream soup is smooth and thick, and the taste is delicious and warm. According to the order indicated by the manager, there were pan-fried sashimi scallops with crab roe, rice paper rolls with prawns and green papaya, Norwegian smoked salmon mango balls and French toast with Parma ham, cream cheese 😍 First of all, the fried scallops are quite sweet and the crab roe enhances the flavor. Rice paper rolls have a variety of textures, including the freshness of papaya and the umami flavor of shrimp. The smoked salmon is salty and sweet, and the mango pieces on the roll reduce the greasiness. Finally, the French toast is sandwiched with smooth ham and rich cream cheese, which tastes good 😉 👍Alaskan crab meat, baby scallops & crab roe with fresh crab roe cream sauce risotto (a la carte $148) The chef mixes Alaskan crab meat with fresh crab roe cream sauce to cook the risotto, which is moist and tastes very sweet. The scallops are fresh and tender, there are traces of crab meat in the risotto, and the crab roe is refreshing, the overall taste is good 😜 👍Charcoal grilled American Kenjong spiced huge thick cut pork eye steak with grilled pineapple, mixed vegetable salad & grilled sauce (a la carte $145) The thick-cut pork chop is really big, with charcoal-grilled grooves and aroma, while still being tender and juicy, not overcooked at all, and tastes even more delicious when dipped in grilled sauce. The pork chop is topped with sweet and fragrant pineapple, and the side dishes include fresh salad and cherry tomatoes with salad dressing. In addition, there are thick-cut French fries dipped in seaweed powder and served with tomato sauce. It is very rich and satisfying 😋 The set meal comes with hot or cold lemon tea or lemon water, and other drinks can be added for an extra fee.
