I met a friend who also works in Kwun Tong for lunch, so I went to the newly opened Chao Uncle at 4/F of Camel Paint Building to have hot pot🤟🏻 Uncle Chao focuses on Chaoshan beef balls😋 The shop also does retail, if you are interested, you can buy yourself to cook noodles or hot pot😌 The one-person hot pot ($88) is quite rich and includes: meat, vegetable basket, five-treasure box and noodle base. 🧐😝 📍Meat Fat Beef / Dragon / Pork / Three-flowered toe The dragon is beef lining, the meat is tender, with a little fat and sweet fragrance 🥹 The three-flowered toe is the front leg of the beef, the meat is very soft, but more chewy than the dragon 👍🏻 📍Vegetable basket The variety of vegetables is quite rich, including baby cabbage, lotus root, corn, lettuce, asparagus🥬 📍Five Treasure Box There are beef balls, fish skin dumplings, pork balls, fish balls and fish skin 😇 Beef balls are Uncle Chao's signature, they are bouncy and rich in meat!
