It doesn't feel like a traditional Chinese dim sum restaurant at all. The dim sum is generously filled and large in size. The Shrimp Siu Mai King is delicious and has a great bouncy texture. My favorite is the Mexican-style Char Siu Bun. The sweet outer layer combined with the savory char siu filling inside is just perfect 😋
