This time I went by car, so I was looking for a hotel with a nearby parking lot, and when I found out that there was a paid parking lot right next to the hotel that could accommodate 30 cars, I decided on this one! However, this hotel is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from Karasuma Oike subway station! It's also great for tourists who want to travel by train. It's located above the station, so there are restaurants and Kyoto-style souvenir shops nearby, making it convenient even for a simple overnight stay. With just a short walk, you can also get to the world heritage site Nijo Castle and Nishiki Market, Kyoto's kitchen! This time I stayed in a twin room. The interior was very beautiful, and there were many Kyoto-like touches. It was a relaxing and modern room. Amenities are located next to the elevator in the lobby on the first floor. You can pick up what you need before going upstairs and then go to your room. Even if you check in after sightseeing, there is a welcome drink in the check-in lobby, which you can enjoy for free.
