Since "Mizuki" has both Sushi, Kaiseki, Tempura and Teppanyaki, but the one that got the star is Tempura, so let's try it. 🦐 Shrimp head, crispy with thin flour attached to the meat, eaten with white salt. As for the shrimp, only fresh, live shrimp are used (so the price is quite high). The meat is sweet. Eat with white salt, squeeze a little lemon, delicious! Vegetables and mushrooms tempura are eaten with a dipping sauce that is light, not salty, not sweet, and enhances the flavor of the tempura well. 🍂 And since I like to eat meat, I used Wagyu beef instead of fish for the tempura.
