Recently, I visited "Oden and Sake Taiga Momoyama" located in Fushimi Otesuji Shopping Street. The interior of the restaurant exudes the warmth of wood and has a calm, traditional Japanese atmosphere. The oden offers a wide variety, with the radish and eggs particularly well-infused with the broth. The gentle flavors permeate your heart, and everything I tried was satisfying. The selection of sake, sourced from various regions, was also excellent, and choosing a cup to match the dishes was a delight. The staff's service was courteous and pleasant, making for a wonderful experience.
