We went to the newly opened "7 TAPS TAVERN"😍 A casual dining restaurant where you can enjoy both food and drinks, with Japanese and Western fusion cuisine using Kyoto vegetables and ingredients, craft beer, and over 60 types of wine🥰 What we had was----------------------------✔︎ 7 Tapas Plate✔︎ Kyoto Vegetable Vapore Bagna Cauda with Kinzanji Miso✔︎ Hokkaido Saroma Black Beef Fajita✔︎ Pickled Heshiko and Kujo Leek Aglio Eolio✔︎ 100% Beef Smash Burger---------------------------- ✔︎ The 7 Tapas Plate is a unique tofu skin taco with white fish and meat in between✨ The crispy tofu skin dough is interesting because it looks like a rice cracker! This was my first time eating heshiko, but it was salty and made the perfect snack 😍 ✔︎︎ Kyoto Vegetable Vapore has a wide variety of vegetables and they are all huge 😂 Steaming them in herb water is also very stylish ✨ The Kinzanji miso sauce is delicious, but the vegetables are sweet even if you eat them without any dipping sauce 😳! ✔︎ Hokkaido Saroma Black Beef Fajitas Diced steak-level meat, and plenty of vegetables😍 Teriyaki sauce, salsa sauce, and herb sauce, wrapped in a tortilla, it's delicious again~🤤 ✔︎ Lightly pickled Heshiko and Kujo leek aglio e olio I wrote that it's thinner than normal noodles, but the noodles have a plump texture and you don't notice that they're thin😂 Garlic & oil & salty, it's no wonder they're delicious🤭 ✔︎ 100% Beef Smash Burger I really like this thin and crispy patty😮💨 The buns are also crispy on the edges, which I also really like😮💨 The sauce is rich, the fries are filling, and even the slightly junky parts are delicious!!
