Dressed in Tradition: Exploring Kyoto's Timeless Charm✨

We spent a whole day wearing kimonos and walking around Kyoto — it was such an impressive experience! Many tourists also enjoyed renting kimonos and taking photos around the city, and we felt like we were part of something really special. Kyoto is so beautiful and perfectly suited to traditional dress like the kimono. We were so happy to capture some really beautiful photos. That day, we visited two famous temples. First was Kiyomizu-dera Temple — a stunning place, but very crowded during the day. I would recommend going early in the morning if you want to take pictures without too many people. Keep in mind, you have to walk uphill to reach the temple, and there aren’t many food options at the top. The second stop was Yasaka Shrine. We really enjoyed walking around here because there were so many food stalls, and the street was beautiful and lively. It was the perfect place to wander until the evening. After that, we returned our kimonos to the rental shop and ended the day with a Japanese sukiyaki buffet — it was so good and satisfying. We were really happy and full by the time we headed back to Osaka.
