[Kyoto City] A temple filled with gorgeous art

Zuishin-in Temple is located in Yamashina Ward, eastern Kyoto City. It is located away from the main tourist spots, you can walk from Ono Station on the Tozai subway line, but it may be easier to go by car (parking available) 🤔 There are many places around here with the name Ono-machi, and this temple is known as a place associated with Ono no Komachi ☝️ There are many things related to Ono no Komachi on the premises. And the picture exhibited in 2009 is very popular! The sliding door paintings depicting Ono no Komachi's life on all four sides are very vivid, but for some reason, their flashiness is a perfect atmosphere for this place ✨ It's definitely worth a visit 😉 Even though it was a weekend, there were very few customers, so I was able to relax in the quiet space.
