Reopening of Cowrie Cove Seafood Bar & Grill

The Cowrie Cove Seafood Bar & Grill of Shangri-La Mactan just reopened its door and just had a chance to try their seafood menu. We ordered the following that were highly recommended: Just Mussels tomato and lemongrass stew, mint leaves and dill verde sauce, fried capers, fera crumbs. Romaine & Charred Prawn Salad croutons, anchovies, parmesan, boiled egg, crispy prosciutto, cardini dressing. Burnt Octopus End salami picante, roasted mixed potatoes, miso caramel, chinichurru, smoked paprika oil, paraley and orange salad. Indeed, everything was delectable! Plus!
