Pedal & Pour Coffee

The shop is a fusion between a coffee shop and a bike shop and I find it to be a fitting pairing. The coffee shop offers espresso drinks as well as regular coffee roasted by Vesta, a local Las Vegas coffee roaster. In addition to the coffee offerings the shop has a variety of pastries baked by 2 star Michelin pastry chef Michael Gillet. The shop is located on the edge of town, thus, has a nice view of nature on the edge of the Valley from the patio that wraps around the side of the building. I think the patio would be a great place to relax on a nice morning. The interior of the shop features the cafe on the right side with tables running through the middle of the shop. The right side of the shop features the cycling space. In addition, towards the back of the store all of the various bike and bike accessories are for sale. The interior in general was very airy with big windows giving tons of natural light. I got a pour over and Baylee got the white mocha with raspberry. The pour over was delicious and Baylee really liked the raspberry in her mocha, it brought a nice tartness to the drink. For pastries we got the blueberry muffin and the chocolate croissant. Baylee claimed it was one of the best chocolate croissant she had had at a coffee shop.
