Good Vietnamese food in Leuven

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck Ah Quy is a Vietnamese restaurant with 4 branches in Belgium. The branch we went to is in Leuven. The restaurant is located in the university area, near tourist attractions such as the M Leuven Library and Museum. The image of the restaurant looks simple. You order food at the counter and bring it to your table in self-service. The food is served quickly like a fast food restaurant. Most of the customers seem to be students, so the price is quite attractive. For this meal, we ordered the following food: ➡️ Banh Mi Bo A long piece of Vietnamese bread, split in half, filled with beef marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, lemongrass, and onions. It looks very filling and they don't skimp on the meat. ➡️ Chicken Pho A mild and well-rounded soup with a lot of chicken. The amount is satisfying. ➡️ Green Curry It's like Thai green curry. The soup is served with vegetables and jasmine rice topped with chicken. The soup is not very spicy. But it's edible enough to satisfy my craving. ➡️ Goi Cuon Vietnamese fresh spring rolls stuffed with shrimp and vegetables, topped with fragrant fried garlic, eaten with sweet dipping sauce, it goes well together. #TravelBelgium #TravelEurope
