Potala Palace - Lhasa must see

- Getting There - accessible from most places in Lhasa, get a taxi or ebike 🚕 🛵 - Notes - bring your passport as there are multiple security checks. no lighters, or vapes and no bottled water allowed inside. 🚬 also no pictures inside - be prepared to queue outside, so bring a hat 👒 to prevent sunburn Potala Palace is spectacular , the entire exterior is huge and you can get good photos from the Palace Square across the road. 🏯 take your time walking up the stairs. it's crowded inside but you can see the Dalai Lama's office, and various stupas from previous Lamas. take some small bills and leave donations for various Buddhas. #tibet #lhasa #monastery
