At night, the lights of the Yao village are dim, like a brilliant pearl chain embedded in the embrace of the mountains, decorating the night like a poem and painting. The neighbors are a couple who love to travel and photograph. They bravely climbed the peak in the middle of the night and captured the panoramic view of the Yao village under the starry sky with their lenses. The next morning, the photos they shared of the twinkling stars and the Milky Way crossing made us amazed. The drone rises and records the tranquility and solemnity of the mountain village in the morning. As the Spring Festival approaches, the highest place in the village - the temple carrying faith and wishes is crowded with people, and the red firecracker paper lays out a festive ocean. We couldn't help but join in this traditional celebration, setting off firecrackers by hand, ringing the big copper gong symbolizing auspiciousness, and feeling the strong folk atmosphere. The next day, a group of people crossed the mountain village along the steep stairs and went to another mountain to watch the essence of Yao culture - a grand and passionate performance was waiting for us. The waist drum dancers are in good shape, and the mountain songs echo in the valley, conveying the simple and passionate emotions of the Yao people. Walking in the mountain village, you can see the smoked bacon hanging under the eaves of each family along the way. This is a miniature of the life of the Yao people and a witness to their harmonious coexistence with nature. Here, it is not only the place where Yao compatriots have lived and worked for generations, but also because it retains the original lifestyle and simple architectural style, it has become an ideal place for many film and television dramas to shoot, attracting tourists from all over the world to explore this distant and pure ethnic style.
