What a surprise!!...

We ate at this fish soup restaurant in Lijiang Ancient Town, next to Lion Hill and Wangu Tower, and it turns out they have their own fish farm. Who would have thought? The fish in the restaurant's tank are all from their own farm, so they can be freshly killed for customers. No wonder my dad, who doesn't eat salmon, ate it here. I ate a lot, and their salmon was especially tender! The wasabi was just the right level of spiciness. This is definitely the kind of salmon that you can't forget after just one bite!
