Zhaoxing Dong Village | Escape the city and experience a slow life

Guizhou during the summer vacation is crowded with people. To avoid the crowds, I chose reverse tourism and came to a niche tourist destination—Zhaoxing Dong Village. The entire village is ancient and tranquil, a rare and leisurely comfortable place. The biggest feature here is the drum tower architecture. Looking down from the viewing platform, there are farmlands in front of the village, surrounded by green mountains, as beautiful as a painting. The main street of the Dong village has everything you need: homestays, tie-dye, food... It's quite convenient for eating and staying. I highly recommend everyone to experience the intangible cultural heritage of tie-dye here; there are many styles and the prices are cheap. The Dong village can be hot during the day this time of year, so be sure to protect yourself from the sun 🌞, but the evenings are very cool. Walking on the stone-paved roads, you feel a sense of ease and contentment.
