Meet Llandudno, a date with the sea and history In the busy life, I always long for a quiet place, and the town of Llandudno has become the faraway place I yearn for. From London, I chose to take the train. During this 3.5-hour journey, I was full of anticipation. The scenery of Wales outside the window was like a flowing picture, playing a wonderful prelude to my trip in advance. Arriving in Llandudno, the first stop is Llandudno Pier. This 700-meter-long Victorian-style pier is like a time corridor, taking me back to the past. Stepping on the pier, the wooden floor made a soft sound under my feet, and with the harmony of the sea breeze and the waves, it was like a unique symphony. Walking slowly along the pier, the sea breeze gently brushed my cheeks, with the unique salty and wet breath of the sea. Looking far away, the endless sea and the blue sky merge into one in the distance, and the sparkling sea surface seems to be sprinkled with fine diamonds, shining brightly. On both sides of the pier, the old street lamps and exquisite buildings all tell stories of the past. Occasionally, seagulls pass overhead, and the cheerful cries add a bit of agility to this tranquility. I sometimes stop to capture this beautiful moment with my camera; sometimes I close my eyes, feeling the embrace of the wind and listening to the whispers of the sea. Here, time seems to slow down, and I can let go of myself and forget all my troubles. Every step is on the traces of history, and every glance is full of the gifts of nature. Llandudno Pier is not just a scenic spot, but a haven for the soul, allowing me to find a moment of peace in my busy life and gain an unforgettable travel memory. Next time I have the opportunity, I will definitely come again.
