🇬🇧 Covent Garden, London 🍝 fresh pasta with a very unique sauce ✨

Address - 23 Slingsby Pl, WC2E 9AB Ambiance/Facilities - 🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀 Highlights - There are so many fresh pasta places in London but this one definitely gave me something new! 💕 Of course, they had the classic carbonara which was lovely, but I was recommended by a friend to try the Tricolore Pasta. Tricolore including red tomato sauce 🍅, white burrata 🧀 and green pistachio sauce 🥜. The pistachio sauce was very flavorful, the burrata made it so creamy and the tomato sauce lifted the flavors. 👍🏻 Definitely not something I’ve had before and I’ve been thinking about it since. 😋 The pasta was al dente, even leaning towards a bit too firm for my liking but the sauce more than made up for it. 🥰 Avg.
