The berry pistachio tart is also particularly delicious—the base is super crispy, the sauce on top is fragrant, and the combination with fresh fruit creates a perfect sweet and tangy balance. I tried a raisin and nut tart, which was on the sweeter side, but the flaky crust was incredibly crisp and solid. Pairing it with Earl Grey tea helped balance the richness.
