Visit Liupan Mountain during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

We went to Guyuan during the Mid-Autumn Festival. We set off from Shaanxi Bus Station and spent 100 yuan per person on the 6 and a half hour ride to Guyuan. We stayed in Guyuan at night. The hotel was not expensive, only about 100 or 200 yuan. The next day, I took a bus from the long-distance bus station to the Liupanshan Red Army Long March Memorial Hall (there is an intercity special line, but please note that the time is about 7 o'clock, so I may have missed it). It is located on the Liupan Mountain in Longde County, Guyuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and was completed on September 18, 2005. The memorial consists of five parts: the memorial hall, the monument, the memorial square, the memorial pavilion and the poetry reciting platform. It is 2,832 meters above sea level, 50 kilometers away from Guyuan city and 14 kilometers away from Longde county. It is the mountain of dawn, the mountain of victory, and the last mountain that the Red Army crossed during their 25,000-mile Long March. There is no entrance fee for this attraction. You can take the scenic bus to the memorial hall. After the visit, I felt great respect for the great leader Chairman Mao. "He who has not been to the Great Wall is not a true man. The journey is 20,000 kilometers long." We went down the mountain along the Red Army Trail. The scenery along the way was pleasant and there were not many tourists. The next day, we took a taxi to Liupanshan National Forest Park. Xiaonanchuan inside is the flagship attraction of the forest park. The water is fast and very clear. It is one of the main sources of Jianhe River. It is known as the "Little Jiuzhaigou" in the northern frontier. The scenery is beautiful, not as good as Jiangnan, but better than Jiangnan. It's not tiring to take the sightseeing bus up and go down along the waterway! Overall, the two-day trip to Guyuan was good. The temperature was suitable, the people were simple, the environment was clean, and the vegetation was good, which dispelled the view that the northwest was depressed.
