The foremost cave abode in the north

Jiguan Cave National AAAAA Scenic Area is located in Luanchuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, three kilometers west of the county town, on the hillside of Jiguan Mountain, a branch of the Funiu Mountain range, which is an extension of the Qinling Mountains. Situated at an altitude of 1021 meters, it is a large-scale limestone karst cave with karst topography. Jiguan Cave stretches for 5600 meters, with a viewing length of over 1800 meters and a viewing area of 23,000 square meters. Such caves are rare in the north and are known as the foremost cave abode in the north.
