Taking advantage of the cool late autumn weather, my friends and I embarked on this brief yet fulfilling journey, composing a leisurely prose poem layer by layer amid the bustling life of the ancient city and the magnificent scenery of Laojun Mountain. 💰【Early Bird Ticket】: 328 RMB/person 【Included】: One seat on a tourist bus per person, one night hotel stay (two people per room, same gender sharing), travel medical kit, travel assistant, high-coverage outdoor travel insurance, etc. 🚗 Our detailed itinerary: 1️⃣ Day 1: Wuhan → Luoyang Ancient City Free Exploration We gathered and departed from Wuhan in the morning, taking a bus to Luoyang, which took about 6.5 hours. We took a short break at a service area and had some lunch. After arriving in Luoyang in the afternoon, the tour guide thoughtfully helped us check into the hotel. After settling our luggage, we started our free exploration! ‼️ Luoyang is a city rich in cultural heritage. I highly recommend the following places: ✅ Luoyang Ancient City Old Street Walking on the stone-paved road, flanked by quaint buildings and lively stalls, it’s perfect for photos and check-ins! We also tried the local specialties Bufan Soup and Water Banquet, which were surprisingly delicious. ✅ White Horse Temple If you’re interested in history and culture, White Horse Temple is a must-visit. As China’s first ancient Buddhist temple, it’s a treasure of Buddhist architectural art. After visiting, I felt an inexplicable peace inside. After a tiring evening of exploring, we went straight to bed at the hotel to rest up for the next day’s trip to Laojun Mountain! 2️⃣ Day 2: Laojun Mountain Hiking + Return We set off promptly at 6 a.m. to Laojun Mountain, a 2-hour drive. As the sky brightened outside the window and the mountain scenery gradually appeared, our excitement grew. The scenery of Laojun Mountain truly lives up to its reputation. I especially recommend these experiences: ✅ Hiking + Cable Car We started by hiking up the mountain. Although a bit tiring, the misty clouds and dense vegetation along the way were refreshing. Midway, we switched to the cable car, which saved a lot of time and offered a panoramic view of the mountains—absolutely breathtaking! ✅ Golden Summit Blessing At the Golden Summit, the beauty made me forget all fatigue. On a clear day, you can overlook the sea of clouds, surrounded by magnificent mountains—completely healing! I also prayed for blessings at the summit and felt very fulfilled. At 2 p.m., we gathered to return to Wuhan. Although the itinerary was packed, every second was worth it. In just two days, we enjoyed all the beautiful scenery and delicious food! 🌟 Personal Tips: 1. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes; hiking on Laojun Mountain can be physically demanding. 2. Bring some snacks and water to replenish energy on the way! 3. Luoyang has a big temperature difference between morning and evening, so remember to bring a jacket.
