Amazing dishes at Churchill’s Table The Londoner Macao

We had a sumptuous dinner at Churchill’s Table at The Londoner Macao🇲🇴 We were first served, in a tin can, freshly made dinner bread with two different kinds of butter, I loved the warm moist bread and splattered it with both types of butter, so good! Then both our mains came, we ordered the Churchill’s Table revisited beef ‘Wellington’ and the Churchill’s Table Fish and Chips. Had our Beef Wellington cooked medium-well it was plated with mushroom duxelle, Parma ham, port wine truffle jus served with potato puree. I must say this dish was cooked to excellency, the tender juicy tenderloin was music to my taste buds, it was so full of flavor and the port wine truffle really complemented the beef. Lovely pairing with the potato puree indeed. Our Fish and Chips was served hot and crispy. Dipping it into the tartar sauce and mint vinegar was just mouthwatering. It was served with crisp hot fries and mushy peas with mint. Delightfully Superb! No doubt these two dishes are a must order when dining here.
