Classic Thai food on the 31st floor of Macau

Hidden on the 31st floor of Galaxy Banyan Tree, Shang Fang is a restaurant that specializes in authentic Thai cuisine with a modern approach. The chef, who is from Thailand, once worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant. This restaurant probably has the heaviest and richest flavors among all the Thai meals I have eaten. My favorite is the soft-shell crab and pomelo salad. The crispy fried soft-shell crab is paired with pomelo, which is really delicious. The pomelo is super sweet. There is also curry lamb shank.
