La Chine is located on the 6th floor of Parisian Hotel. The restaurant is designed and built inside the iron tower. Enter from the 2nd floor shopping mall entrance, take the elevator up, and walk across a long bridge to the restaurant. When sitting in the restaurant, you can see the steel structure of the tower. We ordered a meal for 2 people. The four appetizers were a bit like molecular cuisine. The fish maw soup was very moist, and the grouper balls and beef were very flavorful. The 30-year-old tangerine peel and red bean paste is so sweet that it touches the heart, and the chef’s new dessert is also given as a special gift.
