Robuchon au Dome is like entering into a world of indulgence which gave me an incredible food journey through French refinement. This restaurant been awarded three Michelin stars for 13 consecutive years. From the breath-taking panoramic view out there to the ostentatious and grand interior, you just couldn’t stop being overwhelmed with joy and surprises. The numerous trolleys of food were the highlight of this fine dining. Robuchon au Dôme’s La Symphonie des Douceurs (the dessert trolley) was in keeping with the art of perfection. The exquisite chocolate hazelnut tart, mille feuille and passionfruit mousse tartlet impressed me the most in that trolley. Overall, its basically a quintessential French dining at its finest ,will elaborate more in my next post, stay tuned!
