Diverse Hotel Buffet Lunch Experience

The Spotlight Restaurant offers lunch from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, with food distributed in different corners of the restaurant. Seafood is centrally located, featuring shrimp, clams, mussels, and golden whelks, all fresh. There are also several types of bread and cheese. Japanese cuisine includes rolls instead of sushi, but the sashimi is only moderately fresh. For cooked food, there is a wide variety, all of a decent standard, including freshly cooked porridge and noodles. Since it wasn't very crowded that day, there was no long wait. There are also Cantonese-style roast meats and dim sum, plus thin-crust pizza made in a special oven. As for desserts, there are cookies, cakes, mousses, and Crêpes, with the option to add your own toppings. Personally, I find the ice cream even more delicious, especially the milk tea and coconut flavors, both of which are rich. Drinks are all-you-can-drink, from soda to coffee or tea, and there's even herbal tea. The environment was quieter than expected due to the moderate number of guests.
