The Ritz Macau is inside Galaxy, and next door is Marriott. We all felt that it was much better than the Ritz-Carlton hotels we had stayed in before in mainland China, so it was definitely worth staying at the Ritz-Carlton in Macau! We stayed in a suite (all the Ritz-Carlton, Macau are suites), which cost about 45,000 per night. Each room was very large. The hotel's lobby, elevators and other public spaces as well as the room bathrooms have beautiful crystal chandeliers. The bathrooms are all made of marble and are very beautiful. Check in on the 51st floor. If you have purchased executive benefits, check in on the 53rd floor. The executive lounge is also on the 53rd floor. Hotel Services: The hotel staff are very welcoming and professional. When we arrived, there was no room available for check-out yet, so we were able to have afternoon tea in the lounge before checking in. The check-in procedure was also very quick, and the welcome ceremony was quite thoughtful, with a handwritten letter, a plate of desserts (macarons, etc.), a plate of fruit, and a box of candy. After dinner, when I returned to the hotel, the bed had been made. There were two boxes of chocolates, earplugs, an eye mask, and a breakfast menu on the bedside table. I have to mention the breakfast at The Ritz-Carlton, Macau, it’s so delicious! Be sure to buy breakfast! ! I won’t say much about administrative benefits, it’s just about paying for services and enjoyment. In short, if you come to Macau, you must try the Ritz-Carlton if possible (it is really not on the same level as the mainland).
