When I was at The Londoner Macao and couldn't decide what to eat, I saw that Tim Ho Wan was full of locals. If the locals love it, the dim sum must be good! I sat down and ordered, and only then did I realize that Tim Ho Wan is a Michelin restaurant, but the average price is only 100+ MOP, which is super affordable 🥲 🌟 Braised Lamb with Bean Curd Stick: When the weather is cold, you really have to order a Guangdong-style casserole in Macau! 🥘 One bite and your whole body will warm up! The lamb is tender and the bean curd stick is super flavorful, it's really good with rice! 🌟 Braised Chicken with Abalone: Abalone and chicken is a combination that makes any Cantonese person drool... It's a little spicy, and the abalone and chicken juices with rice are just amazing... I took the leftover sauce from both casseroles home with me! 🤤 🌟 Red rice rolls, baked BBQ pork buns, and siu mai are my must-orders! You can tell they're made fresh!
