China's first Western-style theater

📍The Dom Pedro V Theatre, located at No. 9 Largo de Santo Agostinho, was built in 1860 and is the first Western-style theater in China. 🌈The Dom Pedro V Theatre is laid out vertically, with a circular auditorium in front of the lobby and stage, and corridors on both sides for resting. The corridors have stairs leading directly to the second floor, where the crescent-shaped auditorium is supported by ten columns arranged in an arc. 😻There are few visitors, and there is a parrot 🦜 in the lounge that is very talkative and fierce. Its self-introduction is quite apt: "I'm gentle and I bite" 😂.
