The first exhibition of Poly MGM Museum is titled "Blue Ribbon: Exploring the Mysterious Sea and Encountering the Treasures of the Silk Road" and is co-curated by a team of expert consultants from China, Italy and France. The exhibition features 228 rare cultural relics and artistic masterpieces from the collaboration of nearly 20 state-owned museums and international cultural and art institutions, including nearly 30 rare national first-class cultural relics. Although the venue is not large, it is decorated very luxuriously and should be the most luxurious museum in China! The use of OLED display cabinets in some exhibits makes the cultural relics appear dynamic. Unit 1: Monsoon It introduces the process of human beings' awe, understanding and utilization of the ocean from a macro perspective, and tells the origin of the Maritime Silk Road in combination with the progress of navigation technology. The interactive exhibit "Six Thousand Bodies" at Mazu Pavilion is very cool! You can take photos on the spot to create your own patron saint image. Unit 2: Context Using underwater archaeology as a clue, the overall picture of the Maritime Silk Road is outlined through shipwrecks, underwater cultural relics, ancient port ruins, etc., and the development of the Maritime Silk Road trade is interpreted. Most of the cultural relics in this area are combined with interactive transparent screen display cabinets, so you can touch and check more~ Unit 3: Interweaving It introduces the Maritime Silk Road and modern globalization from a global perspective, and showcases the cultural achievements of East-West exchanges based on trade commodities, pioneering envoys, cultural heritage, and immigration waves. The animal heads from the Old Summer Palace are displayed here! But unfortunately it was recently replaced with a replica. Unit 4: Connection The exhibition focuses on the present and looks to the future, showcasing marine culture, marine protection, marine exploration and the "Belt and Road Initiative". A light and shadow drift bottle exhibition has been set up, and after viewing the exhibition, you can leave a postcard to the future. Key exhibit highlights: 1. Bronze statues of animal heads from the Old Summer Palace (key exhibits): ox head, monkey head, tiger head, pig head 2.
