Although the shop is not big, there are still many diners queuing up at the entrance, the atmosphere is lively and has a nostalgic feeling. The decor is simple, almost entirely in stainless steel and glass, with a few small tables and stools littering the place, reflecting the character of a traditional Macau street shop. We arrived quite early, so we quickly had a seat and immediately ordered a few signature dishes. The first course on the table was the bacon chicken pot, a hot pot of chicken and bacon, rich in broth, tender and smooth chicken, with green onions and ginger slices, every bite full of authentic taste. Then the specially eaten water crab congee was even more surprising. The congee was rich and smooth, with fresh crab meat. The taste was fresh and sweet, making people unable to stop eating. We also ordered a dish of pork blood, fresh shrimp cha-fan and red-braised breast pigeon. Every dish is excellent. This experience of Ichigo food was truly unforgettable.
