Decheng Pawn Exhibition Hall

Tak Seng Pawnshop, built in 1916, has a history of over 100 years. In 2003, it was changed into the "Pawn Industry Exhibition Hall". It is a museum jointly established by the government and the private sector. It is part of the Cultural Center and is the pawnshop building with relatively complete structure in Macau. The museum displays the traditional pawn industry through a series of historical pictures, decorations and more than 40 pawn record tools, allowing people to understand the operating models and processes of the pawn industry in the past. There are crowd restrictions in the museum. There are front and back halls in the museum. The back hall is the cabinet where pawned items were stored in the past.
