New Barra-Coloane ferry route

A new two-way ferry route connecting Barra and Coloane piers will open on July 1, the Marine and Water Bureau (DSAMA) announced. The new route operated by Shun Tak China Travel Ship Management Ltd will operate from Thursday to Sunday, with the rip to take some 20 minutes and cost about MOP60. This will be the first ferry route to use a new Barra Wharf constructed at the southwest corner of the parking lot next to the Barra Sailing School and completed since March of this year. Shun Tak-China Travel Ship Management Limited is the company responsible for the TurboJET ferry services.
