Only one aggressive shop owner for the whole market but choose your targets when dealing with them and if you’re looking to shop hard then go first in the morning before they get tired and it heats up. Food is great just a street over for meals, there’s snacks spread out all through the market in amongst the clothing, bags, shoes, bags and bags.
