Free by the Ocean

There is just something that is so freeing by being at the ocean/beach. I’ve always loved water and the beach because when you’re there, you just forget about everything else. there’s something so powerful in seeing the water flowing or being blown in one direction and the waves crashing…your mind is only filled with the sound of the water and nothing else. Water is one of the elements that is both gentle and powerful enough to break down. It reminds us that we should not underestimate nature and its ability.
