As a matcha lover, I finally visited the Guojianglong Japanese Matcha Specialty Store in Manchester China Town. - 🍦 Shiratama Sundae (mixed) (£7.3) I chose Matcha x Black Sesame as the flavor of the soft serve ice cream, and I didn’t expect this combination to be so delicious! The soft ice cream has a smooth texture, the matcha flavor is fragrant and sweet, the sweetness is just right, the black sesame ice cream at the bottom is very thick, the taste is surprising, plus the red beans and soft and chewy white jade mochi balls, the overall taste is good, it is worth a return visit💚 (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)Recommendation index: 8/10 —- A Japanese dessert teahouse located in Manchester China Town which specialises in matcha. This combination is surprisingly amazing. The soft serve is really smooth and creamy topped with chewy mochi. The sweetness of the matcha is just right and the taste of black sesame stands out, matching with a layer of red beans. Even if you are not a big fan of black sesame, you will still enjoy this sundae a lot.
