Maoming Open-Pit Mine, the Little Erhai of Guangdong

Go to a place with wind. 🔹 Maoming Open-Pit Mine Ecological Park, also known as the Little Erhai of Guangdong🌊 🔹 The lake water is particularly clear and you can see to the bottom, sometimes it appears aqua and sometimes blue. During the May Day holiday, many families go there for camping🏕️, picnicking🧺, flying kites🪁, and taking photos📷 🔹 There are many who camp and picnic on the grass, fly kites, and take photos which turn out super well. There are plenty of parking spots🚗 and several entrances and exits, so no need to worry about parking📍 🔹 As an ecological park⛰️, it mainly features natural scenery without too many man-made landscapes and amusement facilities. 🔹 The popular attraction, the mini train🚂, is not recommended now due to road construction❌. Use navigation to (Heima International Equestrian Club) and then walk to the left from the main entrance for about 10-15 minutes🥹 🔹 Personally, I think it is highly recommended☑️. The clear lake water is especially clean and unpolluted, incomparable to the sea. The atmosphere for camping and picnicking is also very good🫶🏻
