It was nice because it was the Olympics and it felt really good to see the Mediterranean Sea The first place I visited upon arrival was the Vieux-Port. The many yachts anchored in the port and the lively restaurants surrounding it were really attractive. The day started off with eating fresh seafood by the sea was perfect. The next place I went to was the Notre-Dame de la Garde. It is on a hill so the climb up is quite steep, but the view of Marseille from the top was breathtaking. The blue sky and the sea are still vivid in my mind. The boat tour in the Calanques National Park was particularly impressive. The moment of sailing between the rocky cliffs and the emerald sea will be an unforgettable memory. If you like water sports, I highly recommend snorkeling! I couldn't miss the food in Marseille either, especially the fish stew called **Bouillabaisse**, which was really delicious. If you love seafood, this is a must-try menu. Overall, Marseille was a lively yet romantic city. If you want to feel the leisurely Mediterranean atmosphere, you should definitely visit Marseille in July!
