Dame Cafe Melbourne

#australiatrip Dame is a sophisticated dining and office cafe located at 35 Collins Street and close to parliament station. Nearby, you’ll find Market Lane, Palace etc. They use Industry beans and offer brunch, coffee and cocktails something. Dame looks like a very aussie style cafe and always seems super busy. The space is spacious both inside and outside so there’s plenty of room for people to sit comfortably. I had a Long black and while I’m not sure about the bean details. It seemed like a single origin. It had a nice balance of sweetness, bitterness and a hint of acidity. Making it easy to drink! #foodie #food
