#JanuaryGoodPlaces2025 I actually came to Melbourne to eat Din Tai Fung! I heard that Din Tai Fung overseas is not that delicious? Sure enough, no expectations, no harm. Din Tai Fung in Melbourne is located in the Emporium shopping mall in the city center. The decoration is pretty good, there are many locations, and you can see the street view from the window. Maybe it was past dinner time, so we walked in and sat down directly without queuing. There were not many customers, and we ordered a few classic dishes: chicken fried rice, xiaolongbao, hot and sour soup, and fried chicken. They looked very Taiwanese, but the taste was different when we ate them. The texture and seasoning were just average, not delicious at all.
